In today’s blog, I am writing the story of the movie- ‘LION KING’ according to the classic story telling arc.

Beginning - Movie begins with glorious sunrise in the kingdom of Mufasa, Mufasa was a stable king with heart and mind both. ‘Simba’ was Mufasa’s son, he was influenced by his father. In the beginning of the story, the audience can easily understand that the story revolves around Simba, who always found a true leader in himself and wanted to be a king like his father.
Dilemma - The turning point was Mufasa’s death. Scar, Simba’s uncle, misguided him and made him realize that he was responsible for his father’s death.
The journey to resolve - Simba ran far away from the Pride Lands and met two new friends, Timon and Pumbaa. Both his friends had faith in him. Nala, his girlfriend influenced him, made him realize his true self, what he actually is. They convinced him to go back to the Pride Lands. After coming back to the Pride Lands, Simba came to know that Scar killed his father and finding Scar on the throne, Simba’s inner will and motivation was at extreme level.
Outcome - Simba had to take the revenge of his father’s death. He had to take over the throne and also save his kingdom from evil power (Scar’s power). As Simba was a true leader, he was able to defeat Scar and restore peace and joy.
Lessons Learned - A stable leader leads to prosperity. A kingdom under the supervision of honest and stable leaders like Mufasa and Simba always flourish. Everyone has a leader in themselves, we just need to find it. Keep faith in yourself, you will definitely achieve your desired goal.
